Spending the weekend in Delray Beach, Florida

I’m spending this weekend in one of my favorite Florida Beachtowns, Delray Beach. I’m staying at a new resort, The Seagate Beach Club on Atlantic Ave in Downtown Delray.

Professor Beach Visits Haiti

I recently returned from Haiti. One of the cities I visited was Montrouis, a Beachtown that is near Saint Marc and two hours from the Capital of Port Au Prince. Montrouis is a coastal town in western Haiti. Montrouis is also one of the best beach towns in Haiti, with several well renowned hotels and resorts, including le Moulin-sur-Mer. The town is located on the Cotes des Arcadins, one of Haiti’s longest stretches of pure white sand beaches. It is also an exceptional place for sailing and fishing.

Haiti is on the West side of an Island in the Caribbean. The East side of the Island is the Dominican Republic.

It’s “spring break season” and if you really like fried seafood then you are in great luck. They have a ton of it in Panama City Beach. Excluding the fried stuff, the fast food, the franchises, and the huge collection of other garbage that the beach is riddled with, I will try to give you a rundown of the places that you should visit if you make a trip to the Florida Panhandle. I’ll try to help you avoid the typical tourist traps of the area too. We all have different favorites & different tastes but I’m sure you will find something in this list of ten places to try.
